Iola High freshmen won two matches at home Tuesday. They lost one.
The Fillies defeated Columbus 25-21, 25-23 and beat Pittsburg 25-18, 25-21. Labette County got past Iola 27-25, 25-16.
Katie Shields and Hannah Endicott were the top servers for the Fillies. Emma Piazza provided the most set assists.
At the net, Iola was led in kills by Shelby Smith, Torrie Lewis and Addie Haar.
Next Tuesday, the Fillies’ freshmen host Chanute, Coffeyville and Pittsburg.
